How to delete your account

PLEASE NOTE: deleting your account is permanent. Out of respect for your privacy and data rights, we will not maintain any way of recovering your account. Please make sure this is what you want before you proceed.

We're sorry to see you go. If you're sure you want to delete your account, you can do so by navigating to Profile > ⚙ (settings) > Delete Account.

What data will be deleted?

All of the following data will be deleted:

• your email address
• your login credentials
• any payment methods you have on file
• your profile picture
• your username
• activity posts you've created
• images you've uploaded
• reviews you've left or received

We will also replace your profile with an anonymized "deleted user" profile in:

• all records of games you've attended or hosted
• messages you've sent
• likes and comments you've left

What won't be deleted?

In order to keep the app working smoothly for the rest of the community, we won't delete the following:

• payment history - your payment methods will be deleted, but we need to keep a record of payments that have been made to help resolve any potential user claims that may arise.
• records of games you've hosted or played in - as mentioned above, we can anonymize your attendance so all of your personal data is removed from the game, but other user's accounts reference these games, so we won't delete the game itself, even if you originally created it.
